Following are various project descriptions, project designs, concept papers and projects-in-progress that I have been involved in over the years. Hopefully, this site will inspire a few people to design their own projects and enable them to use some of the ideas developed here. I would be happy, however, to receive some feedback on my own work. Naturally, this site will be a constant "construction site".
Nachfolgend sind Projektbeschreibungen, Designs und Konzepte aber auch laufende Projekte, in denen ich im Laufe der Jahre involviert war. Meine Hoffnung geht natürlich dahin, dass durch die hier vorgestellten Ideen einige Leser dazu animiert werden ihre eigenen Projekte zu entwickeln. Ich würde mich auch sehr über Rückmeldungen über diese oder meine eigenen Arbeiten freuen. Es versteht sich von selber, dass diese Seite im konstanten "Umbau" bleiben wird.

on regional refugee returns in the former Yugoslavia
This concept paper has been written in January 1998 during a consultancy for IOCC, an international NGO active in the former Yugoslavia. The challenge at the time was to break the deadlock of "minority returns", i.e. the return of refugees to areas where they now constitute a minority. |

“Unterstützung der Universität von Montenegro”
Dieser Projektantrag wurde im Februar 1999 für die folgende Projektperiode von WUS-Austria in Montenegro verfasst. Nach Verzögerungen auf Grund des NATO Luftkriegs gegen die BRJ im Frühjahr 1999 wurde dennoch ein Großteil der hier entworfenen Projekte, in leicht modifizierter Form, ab Herbst 1999 schrittweise verwirklicht. |
